Rock Show app update 1.4 is now available and in circulation via the iTunes store Download it now! That’s right, we drop-kicked an update of Rock Show for iPad. We’ve been working to incorporate your feedback to make the app more fun and useful for exploring poster artwork.
While you’ve been marinating, we’ve been adding posters to Rock Show, which now has over 200 different designs. One of our favorite recent additions is Tomer Hanuka’s limited edition print from his MGMT design used in Rolling Stone magazine.
You can now find posters by your favorite bands faster. We’ve added a search bar and recommended list of bands at the top of the Browse menu. The recommended megalist is built by matching what’s in your iPad’s music library with Rock Show’s poster library.
You can now connect Rock Show to Facebook and share your favorite posters as updates to your profile. You can also easily tweet a link to posters you dig with automated tiny urls.
We’ve also improved the Rockshow.fm website. You can now browse the poster details pages on the web by designer and by band name. When you share via Facebook or Twitter, your friends are linked to these details pages. This way they don’t need an iPad to check out your design picks.
Although this is 1.4, we’re just getting started. Install Rock Show today to join the ride.
